Coaching is valuable in the following situations:
- You transition into a new role (become a leader of a department), plan to start a job assignment as an expatriate, repatriate and/or want to plan the progression of your career
- You need time and space to think and explore complex business scenarios in depth and wish a sparring partner with whom you can share your thoughts in a confidential manner
- You want to grow, learn and adopt new behaviours and approaches and to develop a robust course of action
- You face interpersonal or performance issues as a leader or as an individual contributor that you wish to sort out or find yourself in conflicting situations
